Head of the Institute of Cardiology of the Medical Advisory Center
Dr. Kruchin is an experienced and innovative cardiologist. She specializes in complex arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation and ventricular arrhythmia. She holds the position of the Head of the Institute of Cardiology of the Medical Advisory Center and has been a lector for echocardiography and aortocaronarography, treatment of hyperlipidemia, therapy with anticoagulants since 1999 as well. She has published extensively on the field-related topics in peer-reviewed medical journals.
Education and clinical experience
- 1982 – graduated from the Moscow Medical Institute
- 1982-1984 – Residency in cardiology at the Institute. Bakulev
- 1984-1985 – Cardiologist in the Department of Internal Medicine
- 1984-1990 – Lecturer of the cardiology course for students, family doctors and therapists at the Bakulev Institute of Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery. At the same time she was engaged in scientific research work and defended the candidate’s thesis
- 1989 – Course on angiography in Czechoslovakia
- 1988-1990 – Senior cardiologist at the Bakulov Institute
- 1992-1999 – Doctor in the Institute of Preventive Cardiology, Israel
- 1995-1997 – Course of cardiology in MC Rabin, Israel, since then, until now, Dr. Irena Kruchin works in Israel as a cardiologist.
- In 2010, Dr. Irena Kruchin was awarded by the Director General of the Clalit Hospital for outstanding work in the field of clinical work. She holds the post of the Head of the Cardiology Institute at MC Concord.
